English text of label for .1 photograph is as follows: "NRC's nine wind tunnels are used to test everything from racing cars to scale-models of cities. The low speed wind tunnel, which generates winds of up to 200 km/h, is the largest commercially available wind tunnel in North America. It can be seen from Ottawa International Airport". (ref. 1)
