INSTRUMENT HAS PLUNGER AT BASE THAT CAN BE RAISED TO FILL CISTERN & TUBE DURINGTRANSPORT; WHEN IN USED SCREW HOLDING PLUNGER IS REMOVED TO RELEASE LEATHER BAG* IS REPLACED BY PLUG.
