LE CLERGET WAS ONE OF THE LEADERS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ROTARY ENGINE. THE 110 HP & HIGHER POWER MOTORS HAVE THE ADVANTAGE OF THE WORKING PARTS BEING EASILY REMOVABLE WITHOUT HAVING TO DISCONNECT THE ENGINE FROM THE AIRPLANE. THIS ENABLES PROBLEMS WITH THE ENGINE TO BE FIXED MUCH QUICKER THAN OTHER ROTARY ENGINES. - Area Notes
