- Markings
- Plate attached to upper edge of the cabinet bears following info.: 'THE DENTISTS' SUPPLY COMPANY OF NEW YORK'/'MADE IN U.S.A.' incised in lower front of cabinet.
- Missing
- Three drawers are missing. Many of the replacement teeth have been removed from wax base or are lost.
- Finish
- Cabinet is grey green. The wax is crimson red. The teeth are naturally coloured porcelain. The labels are made of white paper with red trim. Some of the teeth are attached to silver metal trays by red wax.
