BECAUSE OF WEIGHT & SIZE RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED BY SPACECRAFT DESIGN, WAVE GUIDE IS MADE OF TIN PLATED THIN WALL ALUMINUM & IS APPROXIMATELY HALF SIZE OF REGULAR WAVE GUIDE USED FOR 12.200 GHz FREQUENCY. FLEXIBILECORRUGATED SECTION ALLOWS FOR SMALL MISALIGNMENTS IN ASSEMBLY TO SATELLITE.
