- "EDISON MACHINE WORKS, BUILDERS. NEW YORK. U.S.A. K No 124" cast in raisedprint on one side of base. "K/ 111" stamped into one end of shaft. Red dymo tape label on flywheel reads "MC.2.14". Red dymo tape label on pole reads "SHUNT". Decal applied to generator reads "THE HYDRO/ HISTORICAL/ ELECTRICAL/ COLLECTION".
