- "SINGER U.S.A." and "121021" cast in raised print on attachment body. "LOOSEN" and directional arrow incised on adjustment screw. "121110/ SIMANCO/ U.S.A", "121011/ SIMANO/ U.S.A.", "120334/ SIMANCO/ U.S.A." and "MADE IN USA 6201-2Z SKF" incised in various component parts. "6.00" handwritten in black grease pencil on driving fork lever.
