Markings: Type written text on label reads: "This machine cutting of austenetic steel is from the/Malton, Kearney and Trecker milling machine. This was/the only milling machine large enough to mill the bow/and main foils of the de Havilland Fast Hydrofoil Escort/(FHE) 400, which was a 200 ton Antisubmarine Warfare/(ASW) ship, built for the Royal Canadian Navy. It was/named HMCS Bras D'Or. The special steel was so expensive/that all machine cuttings were salvaged and returned to/the supplier for a cost credit./R. JOHNSON/DONATED BY: A. ALEC ANDERSON."
