Flight Comment (Propos de Vol), a publication initially called Crash Comment, has been the flight safety magazine of the RCAF / Canadian Armed Forces since 1949. This magazine covers various topics including lessons learned, instructional articles and reports on accidents. Flight Comment is designed for the entire aviation community to use in the prevention of accidents through the recognition of threats and the identification of solutions. Flight Comment is produced four times a year by the Directorate of Flight Safety. The contents do not necessarily reflect official policy and, unless otherwise stated, should not be construed as regulations, orders or directives. La publication Propos de Vol, initialement intitulé Crash Comment, est une revue de sécurité en pilotage de l'ARC et les forces armées canadiennes depuis 1949. Cette revue inclue plusieurs sujets incluant des leçons apprises, des articles d'instructions et des rapports d'accidents. La revue Propos de Vol est conçue pour que la communauté d'aviation l'utilise pour prévenir des accidents à travers la reconnaissance des menaces et l'identification des solutions. Propos de Vol est produit quatre fois par années par le Directeur de la sécurité des vols. - Original matted drawing of the cover of an issue of the Canadian magazine Flight Comment with copy of the actual magazine cover enclosed. The drawing is primarily beige and orange. The text on the cover is in black. The drawing is stuck onto a protective matted frame. The back of drawing has tape on its edges. Dessin avec passe-partout beige utilisé en tant que couverture d'une publication de la revue canadienne Propos de Vol. Le dessin est en couleur orange et beige.
