- "NEW WILLIAMS" appears on both sides of machine arm; "MADE IN CANADA" appears above name, on front side only. "NW" applied in goldtone decal on centre of cloth bed. Co. logo appears on access door on machine body. Stitch adjustment knob incised "SHORTEN" & "LENGTHEN", with directional arrows. "PATENTED/ JULY 13, 1893/ AUG. 28, 1893" incised on table top lock. "PATENTED/ 1910" stencilled on locking mechanism for cabinet top & table. Stencilled 18-inch rule applied to front top edge of working surface of cabinet. "NEW WILLIAMS" cast in treadle.

- ELABORATE SCROLLING VINE & LEAF, AND ABSTRACT GEOMETRIC PATTERNS DECORATE MACHINE HEAD, ARM, BODY & CLOTH PLATE. HEART-SHAPED COVER ON MACHINE BODY BEARS ELABORATE INCISED CO. LOGO, WITH SCROLLING VINES & LEAVES. "NW" ALSO APPLIED IN GOLDTONE DECAL TO CENTRE OF CLOTH BED. CARVED PATTERN OF LAUREL LEAF CROWN HAS BEEN APPLIED TO FRONT OF CABINET. ELABORATE CAST OPENWORK TREADLE FEATURES MODEL NAME BORDERED BY BAND LOOPS.
