Metal plate fixed to typebar cover reads "SMITH BUSINESS EQUIPMENT/ 781 Dundas Street,/ LONDON 433-2881". "L C Smith & Corona Typewriters/ of Canada Limited/ Made in Canada" stencilled in green on back of body. Serial number "2Y 128688' incised on plate under left platen roller knob. Decal on left side of body reads "If it's for the office- We have it/ UN.6-1492 [illustration of building]/ SALES-RENTALS-SERVICE/ NATIONAL/ TYPEWRITER INCORPORATED".
