"[logo- 3 superimposed blue discs]/ cifra/ medical inc." printed on plate applied to centre front edge of monitor housing. Markings on monitor back include following: "SONY MODEL: CPD-15SF2/ TRINITRON COLOR COMPUTER DISPLAY/ SER. NO./ 7155156/ MANUFACTURED:/ MARCH, 1996/ FCC ID: AK8CPD15SF1", "MANUFACTURED BY SONY CORP.", "SONY CORPORATION/ 7-35 Kitashingawa 6-chome, Shinagawa-Ku, Tokyo, 141 Japan" and "ASSEMBLED IN U.S.A. WITH JAPANESE COMPONENTS AND OTHERS". Cifra serial no. "01SE96G172" appears on decal applied to back of monitor.
