Markings: Chart reads "PHOSPHORUS" and "SUDBURY LABORATORY/ SOUTH SUDBURY, MASS." Below each window reads "A/ 12%", "B/ 16%", "C/ 20%", "D/ 24%" and "E/ 28%".
Missing: UNKNOWN - POSSIBLY SOME ORIGINAL TEST TUBES, CORKS
Finish: Creamish brown cardboard (discoloured with age) with five synthetic windows, each showing variations of blues, from darker to lighter. Black manufacturer's print below windows.
