Goldtone & red decal applied to inside of lid reads "MANUFACTURED/ BY/ DE FOREST RADIO/ CORPORATION, LTD./ - TORONTO -/ UNDER CANADIAN PATENTS/ 159794 - 169332/ 174361 - 183591/ 185601 - 209618/ 218235 - 218468/ 218473 - 218885/ De Forest/ TRADE MARK REG.". "CROSLEY" marked on several internal components. "C1118A" incised on inside of top edge of cabinet front. Vacuum tube is fixed: "CANADIAN-/ WESTINGHOUSE/ WX-199" marked on tube top; paper label on envelope reads " SPECIALLY BALANCED/ DE FOREST/ CROSLEY/ RADIO".
