- "De Forest/ CROSLEY/ 52" marked on cabinet front. "W.S.J." crudely incised by hand, above. Goldtone decal applied to inside of cabinet lid reads "MANUFACTURED BY/ DE FOREST RADIO/ CORPORATION, LTD./ -TORONTO-/ PATENTED/ 1909-1914-1915-1916- 1917-1918/ 1919-1920-1921-1922-1923/ LICENSED ONLY FOR/ AMATEUR, EXPERIMENTAL,/ AND ENTERTAINMENT USE/ De Forest/ TRADE MARK REG./ CROSLEY/ TRADE MARK REG." Controls, connections, etc. labelled. Serial no. "C5875E" incised on upper inside edge of front panel. Individual components bear mfr's markings.
