Plate fixed to inside of receiver lid reads "Licensed under Patents, Canadian Radio Patents Limited./ granted 1917 to 1924 inclusive./ CANADIAN/ Westinghouse/ CO. LIMITED/ HAMILTON, CANADA.". Second plate, below, reads "FOR UX-201-B OPERATION ONLY". Decal, below, reads "THE ELECTRIC SHOP WHOLESALE SUPPLIES LTD./ DISTRIBUTORS OF RADIO, ELECTRICAL AND/ AUTOMOTIVE SUPPLIES./ SASKATOON, SASK." "F30562" both cast & incised in tuning mechanism. Tube sockets numbered 1 through 6. From left to right, the following vacuum tubes are present inside the cabinet: tube 1: "RADIOTRON/ RVC/ UX 201A" marked on tube top.; tube 2: "01C" printed on glass sleeve.
