Plate fixed to inside of receiver lid reads "Licensed under Patents, Canadian Radio Patents Limited./ granted 1917 to 1924 inclusive./ CANADIAN/ Westinghouse/ CO. LIMITED/ HAMILTON, CANADA." "976" stamped into edge of both top of cabinet frame and in cabinet lid, near hinge. Vacuum tube receptacles ( first 5, from left to right) inside case labelled "WESTINGHOUSE/ UX 201.B"; 6ht receptacle labelled "WESTINGHOUSE/ UX 121.B"./ VACUUM TUBES: Tube on extreme left side marked "CANADIAN/ WESTINGHOUSE/ 201-B" on tube top. 2nd tube marked "RADIOTRON/ RVC/ UX201B" on tube top. "LICENSED ONLY TO EXTENT/ INDICATED ON CARTON" recorded on underside of base. 3rd tube marked "RADIOTRON/ RVC/ UX201B" on tube top. "LICENSED ONLY TO EXTENT/ INDICATED ON CARTON" recorded on underside of base. 4th tube marked "CANADIAN/ WESTINGHOUSE/ 201-B" on tube top. 5th tube covered by thick black cap-like cover marked "R.S.3" and "McDONALD/ TUBE SHIELD/ PAT. LIGHT BROWN, RED, YELLOW AND BLACK COLOUR FABRIC COVERING ON CABLES AND WIRES. ONE VACUUM TUBE HAS THICK SYNTHETIC (INSULATING ?) COVER FITTED OVER GLASS SLEEVE.
