"1" handwritten on tape label applied to top of tube 2. "RADIOTRON/ RVC/ UX-201A" marked on top to tube; "LICENSED ONLY TO EXTENT/ INDICATED ON CARTON" marked on underside of base of tube 3. "PATENTED/ RVC/ AS SET FORTH ON CARTON" marked on tube top."RADIOTRON/ UX201-A" marked on base of tune 4. "WESTINGHOUSE/ [logo]/ UX201-A" marked on tube top. "WESTIN[ghouse] [text missing] marked on paper label on sleeve of tube 5.
