HARTZ CO./ LIMITED/ Physicians'/ Supplies/ TORONTO/ MONTREAL" printed on loose box end tab.
Missing: Two panels from box end closure are missing.
Finish: Paper box has pale blue exterior: white label on box front bears black, navy blue and red text; interior is unfinished.
