- First label reads "Ely/ of/ Beetle", second label reads "266". Back of slide has the UHN handwritten number "X921.3.2Q 6".

- Appears complete.

- Clear glass slide covered in pink paper with a yellow border. There are two cream coloured circular labels with black handwritten print. Clear glass slide cover slip with specimen underneath which is secured to slide by a reddish-black resin. Back of slide has the UHN handwritten number.
