Plastic plate on one side of frame reads "FOR SERVICING-/ REMOVE/ ANGLE MOLDING/ SLIDE OUT FACE/ [left facing arrow]/ PLASTILIUX SIGN/ by TEX/ PLASTICS/ LIMITED/ TORONTO/ SERIAL NO./ [blank]" "182/4" stamped into metal frame, below plastic plate. "FITTINGS LIMITED/ 1/2 [diamond logo] LB" cast in raised print on metal covering for electrical connection.
