- All controls, components, etc. labelled; most also bear bar coded decals. Dominant markings on unit front include "DC-3 CHANNEL BANK/ nt/ northern/ telecom", "NOT OPERABLE- FOR PACK STORAGE ONLY", and "J72041AA-01". "N/E/ Northern Electric/ COMPANY LIMITED/ MADE IN CANADA" and "PO546752" cast in raised print on frame top. "ED 7204-31/ SERIES A" printed on decal applied to lower right rear corner.

- Unknown. According to curator, this unit is not operable.

- Pale grey enamel painted metal frame; dull silver metal top; black synthetic fronts on line channels; most line caneels fitted with black synthetic switrches. Red, yellow, green, white and orange controls. 4 square metal plates (2 on each side) used for securing unit.
