- Decal on lower front edge of lamp housing reads "[AMSCO logo]/ AMERICAN/ STERILIZER/ COMPANY OF CANADA LIMITED/ HAMILTON, ONTARIO". Plate fixed to lamp housing head reads "CAUTION! GLASS HEAT FILTER/ CYLINDER MUST BE INSERTED IN/ PLACE BEFORE USING LAMP./ FOR LAMP REPLACEMENT/ USE ONLY G.E. 150/400 LAMP/ SPECIFY ON YOUR ORDER WHETHER HOSPITAL HAS 115, 120 OR 125 VOLTS/ AMERICAN STERILIZER COMPANY/ OF CANADA LIMITED/ BRAMPTON ONTARIO". Control switches labelled. Decal with barcode & text "CSC/SCC 415" and "002225" applied to mounting bracket.
