Cette collection acquise par le musée des sciences et de la technologie du Canada en 1992 documente la culture matérielle de l’histoire de l’électricité et ses usages. Auparavant, cette plaque était installée sur la turbine de la station électrique No.2 de la Ottawa Electric Company. Alors que la turbine avait été acheminée à Ontario Hydro pour le projet de musée, la plaque était restée et était accrochée au mur à l’emplacement original de la turbine comme un memento. Part of the Ontario Hydro Collection. This collection was acquired by the CSTM in 1992. It documents the material culture of the history of electricity and its uses."
