- 0-6-0T+0-6-0T Duplex steam locomotive, built 1900, two 0-6-0T switch engines joined as one, wood-fired, basket contraption on left locomotive holds wood, experiment not successful so later separated as No. 5 and 6.

- This locomotive ran between Mt. Shasta, Mc Cloud, Hambone and Pondosa in California in 1931. The McCloud River Railroad was also connected to the Western Pacific Railroad.
