- Going home - Three hundred wives and children of members of the Royal Air Force who were stationed in various parts of Canada, assembled in Montreal, yesterday (Wednesday). The party left last night from the Canadian National Central Station on special section of "The Washingtonian", headed for an American port to await embarkation for the British Isles. The party included one hundred and twenty-five children, the majority of whom were born in Canada. June Carr (3 ½) from Moose Jaw.
