- On bottom of speaker support, engraved reads "E. BERLINER'S/ PAT'D 1897". On top part of speaker support, engraved, reads "3828"
- Missing
- Appears complete. However, arm is detached from the gramaphone and the speaker is detached from the arm

- Composite gramaphone pickup arm with a stylus and a compartment to hold the speake. Detached from the gramaphone
