"Active Ingredient/ (Phenol).... 88%/ Inert Material/ (Water)... 12%/ CAUTION: Federal/ law prohibits dis-/ pensing without/ prescription.", "4218", "POISON/ ANTIDOTE: Give a/ tablespoonful of salt/ in a glass of warm/ water and repeat un-/ til vomit fluid is clear./ Give milk or white of/ eggs beaten with/ water. Have patient/ lie down and keep warm." and "Call a Physician" printed on reverse. "1098/ 0 [logo with 'B' ] 13/ 30" cast in raised print on underside of bottle.
