The March 2012 Info Telecom newsletter featuring an article written by the donor, briefly describes his connection with the objects: "Louis Houbart is a wireless technology consultant who has worked in the field for the past 32 years. He has been a professional trainer since 1988 and has developed and given many courses and workshops on the subject. Louis is a member of the Community of Telecommunications Consultants."
