The Balaclava sawmill was a water-powered milll located on Constant Creek near the village of Dacre in Renfrew County. The mill operated between 1868 and 1967 and was owned by the Richards family until purchased by David Dick in 1957. The mill closed in 1967. CSTMC acquired the complete contents of the mill in 1985.. - Function
