USA" printed in white on one side of disk casing; " -" , "A" and "R" also printed on casing ." + " printed on reverse, near exit for wires. "7G0571" visible on one battery casing. " UA 89060" appears in raised print on synthetic coving on leads, near join. UHN paper tag tied to pacemaker reads "1st transvenous/ pacemaker/ implant in/ 1966" and "994.1.12".
