- " [illustration/ INPUT - OUTPUT/ ECTOCOR/ STANDBY PACER/ RATE 70/ 129E7 - 17751/ cordis/ MIAMI, FLORIDA/ U.S.A." printed on metal front. UHN catalogue no. "994.1.16" printed by hand in black ink, below. UHN tag tied to pacemaker reads "1st demand/ pacemaker/ implanted in/ 1967" and "994.1.16".
