IT WAS UNIQUE DESIGN FOR PERIOD IN THAT IT OPERATED USING ENCAPSULATED COMPUTER CIRCUITRY (TRANSISTOR), & PERFORMED SYNCHRONIZED COMPUTING (AS OPPOSED TO CLOCK-CYCLE OPERATIONS). COMPUTER READ DATA RECORDED ON 1-INCH MAGNETIC TAPE. SOUND WAS RECORDED AT LOW LEVELS & SPEEDS BUT WAS ENHANCED WHEN TRANSMITTED TO COMPUTER. - Area Notes
