- Rectangular plaque with a wooden base. The surface of the plaque has a rectangular silver metal plate with engraved text. The bottom portion of the base of the plaque appears to have two adhesive residue streaks. The silver metal plate does appear to have some scratches and some wear and tear. Plaque rectangulaire avec une base de bois. La surface de la plaque a une couche rectangulaire de métal argentée avec de l'écriture engravée.
