Technical: FLYER FRAME MADE OF REYNOLDS 531 TUBING, MFD IN UK & IMPORTED FOR USE BY CCM (AND OTHER DOMESTIC BICYCLE MFRS). REYNOLDS TUBING WAS AMONG THE HIGHEST QUALITY UK IMPORTED TUBING, & WAS KNOWN FOR IT'S LIGHT WEIGHT, STRENGTH & DURABILITY. IN THE POST-WAR PERIOD IT WAS RECOGNIZED AS THE IDEAL CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL FOR RACING BICYCLES. (REF. 1).
