Markings: Chart reads "LIME (ACIDITY)" and "SUDBURY LABORATORY/ SOUTH SUDBURY, MASS. [parts of lettering are missing]". Below each window reads "A/ 7 1[/]2 PH", "B/ 6 3[/]4 PH", "C/ 6 PH", "D/ 5 1[/]4 PH" and "E/ 4 1[/]2 PH".
Missing: UNKNOWN - POSSIBLY SOME ORIGINAL TEST TUBES, CORKS
Finish: Creamish brown cardboard (discoloured with age) with five synthetic windows, each showing variations of yellowish-orange, from lighter to darker. Black manufacturer's print below windows. Parts of the print has been rubbed away.
