- Markings printed in black ink on outside back of skull are illegible. UHN catalogue number "969.55.12A" printed by hand in black ink on inside of skull, in upper mouth area.
- Missing
- Skull is missing some anatomical elements, and most teeth.
- Finish
- Natural bone; single intact tooth and numerous tooth fragments present. One silver metal post fitted into left front edge.
