Markings: "J. SKLAR MFG. CO." stamped into metal portion of bell, just above attachment point with Bakelite. UHN catalogue no. "979.12.12" printed by hand in black ink on metal arm.
Missing: Appears complete.
Finish: Silver metal, plated; dark brown/black Bakelite bell; gold tone metal [brass ?] finger rest welded between ear tube connection posts.
