- Markings
- "FLEISCHER STETHOSCOPE/ B-D/ BECTON DICKINSON & CO." cast in raised print on chest piece casing back. UHN catalogue no. "979.12.11" printed by hand in white ink on reverse. "B-D LUER- LOK PAT. 1742497" stamped into collar of metal connector. "BUSHNELL" stamped into metal slide adjustment on wrist strap.
- Missing
- Appears complete. Connects to the ear tubes - this is just the diaphragm head, I think. Sue W. ( I also think it goes around a wrist.)
