- "DOUGLASS STETHOSCOPE" and logo & "INGRAM BELL LIMITED" stamped into back of chest piece. UHN catalogue no. "972.18.3A" printed by hand in white ink on back of chest piece. UHN catalogue no. "972.18.3 b" printed by hand in black ink on underside of ear tube bracket.
