- "Dr. A. Groves/ Fergus :: Ontario" and "SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING/ RETURN THE BOTTLE" mechanically printed on label. "Six calculi removed from/ Wm. Hood's bladder April 20th/ 1878. Supra pubic. In the/ Bull Frog Tavern: E[illegible]/ Road, Guelph." written by hand on label. "D [inside raised diamond logo]/ 3888/ 2" appears in raised print on underside of bottle. UHN catalogue no. "969.38" printed by hand in black ink on lower edge of bottle.
