Markings: "GIFT OF A VOLUNTEER DONOR GENEROSITE D'UN DONNEUR DE SANG" printed on decal on bottle front. "GIFT OF CANADIAN RED CROSS" and "3/ [cross symbol]" appears in raised form on underside of bottle base. Scale 120-525 cc [ascending and decending] appears in raised form on bottle. UHN catalogue no. "973.3.1" printed by hand in red ink on lower edge of bottle.
Missing: Appears complete.
Finish: Clear glass bottle has silver metal lid; red rubber seal.
Decoration: Red, white and blue decal on bottle front bears red cross symbol and text.
