"NO. 100/ SURGEON'S" stamped twice into case front, on either side of case closure. UHN catalogue no. "X969.1 K" printed by hand in white ink on case back. "383" printed by hand in blue ink on red and off-white paper label fixed to underside of case. "S. KONEBUSCH/ NEW YORK" stamped into back panel of case.
