- Handwritten print on front of slider reads "No 6". Back of slide has the UHN handwritten number "X921.3.2B 30".

- Brown coloured wood slider with slightly tapered edges at each end. There are four circular paper? disks with specimens on them. The disks are cream coloured with green edging. Back of slide has the UHN handwritten number.
