Markings on casing back include " SERIAL NO. 58653/ MADE IN U.S.A./ KAYPRO 4/ [NLS logo]/ NON-LINEAR SYSTEMS, INC./ 533 STEVENS AVE./ SOLANA BEACH, CA. 92075 USA/ PN 81-004" and "WARNING:/ FOR CONTINUED PROTECTION/ AGAINST RISK OF FIRE/ REPLACE ONLY WITH SAME/ TYPE AND RATING OF FUSE." All controls, connections, etc. labelled. Blue label fixed to casing back reads "THIS EQUIPMENT HAS NOT BEEN TESTED TO/ SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH NEW FCC RULES (47/ CFR PART 15) DESIGNED TO LIMIT INTERFERENCE/ TO RADIO AND TV RECEPTION.
