Technical

The Bruel & Kjaer 4230 Sound Level Calibrator is a pocket sized, battery operated sound source intended for quick and direct calibration of 1" and 1/2" diameter microphones, sound level meters and other sound measuring systems. An adapter is placed over the opening for use with 1/2" microphones and is removed when 1" microphones are to be calibrated. With the correct adaptors it can be used for 1/4" and 1/8" microphones as well. Le calibrateur de niveau sonore Bruel & Kjaer 4230 est en format de poche, fonctionne avec batterie, source sonore destinée à un calibrage direct des microphones de diamètre 1" et 1/2", sonomètres et autres systèmes de mesures du son. Un adapteur est placé par-dessus l'ouverture pour utilisation d'un microphone 1/2" et est enlevé lorsque les microphones 1" sont calibrés. Avec le bon adapteur, le calibrateur peut aussi être utilisé pour des microphones 1/4" et 1/8".
