- "SANBORN COMPANY/ CAMBRIDGE, MASS. U.S.A./ MODEL/ 133/ SERIAL/ 351" incised on plate fixed to film speed (?) control box mounted on outside of case. "MADE FOR/ DR. R.H. PENNEY/ BY/ SANBORN COMPANY/ CAMBRIDGE, MASS. U.S.A." incised on plate mounted on casing front. Decal (below) reads "INSTALLED AND SERVICED BY/ [logo]/ X-ray AND Radium/ INDUSTRIES LIMITED/ Head Office/ 261 DAVENPORT ROAD, TORONTO 5, ONT./ Branches in Principal Cities Across Canada ". All controls, etc. labelled. "RC5687" incised on film compartment in lower front left of casing.
