Markings: None evident, save UHN catalogue no. "975.8.11 a" printed by hand in black ink on inside of lamp shade.
Missing: Substantially complete. Missing one small screw head on band, at mounting plate attachment point.
Finish: Silver metal lamp housing [aluminium lamp shade ?], mounting bracket and attachment plate, and minor fittings; brown leather head band; woven green fabric covering on electrical cord; black mounded synthetic [bakelite ?] connectors and plug head covering; black coated adhesive tape present on connectors and cord. Fitted with frosted glass bulb.
