Details

Markings: "Foregger" stamped into connecting piece between mask and bag. "OPEN" stamped into plate fixed above valve fitting. UHN catalogue no. "988.18.8" printed by hand in white ink on metal connector.
Missing: Unknown- appears to be complete. Missing head strap (Added by S. Warren, January 2012)
