This cellular phone is part of a small collection of early mobile phone equipment donated to the Museum in 2008. The March 2012 Info Telecom newsletter featuring an article written by the donor, briefly describes his connection with the objects: "Louis Houbart is a wireless technology consultant who has worked in the field for the past 32 years.
